Clay Adams anatomical model

This is a Clay Adams anatomical model

It is a to scale model used to assist in conveying information about anatomy

Each piece is carved from wood, covered in papier mache and then hand painted

The idea was to create an 'exploded' view of the object working within the confines of the pre-made showcase

Effort was taken to have the individual pieces align when looked at from certain vantage points

The mounts are made from steel to reduce vibrations on the object from passing viewers
